amino acids comprising glycine (Gly), alanine (Ala), valine (Val), leucine (Leu)
and isoleucine (Ile) in g per 100 grams of food. Since you may also be interested

the number of calories.
The information is based on the public USDA National Nutrient Database. Commercial
brand products are not included in this list.
